How is the Exchange Upsell Incentive set up?
The Exchange Upsell Incentive is managed internally by the Route team. It is not a setting that can be adjusted directly by merchants through the Route dashboard.
Can I modify the Exchange Upsell Incentive?
While you cannot adjust this setting yourself, you can request changes to your Exchange Upsell Incentive. If you wish to modify the amount or terms of the incentive, please contact Route support (support@frate.com). They will be able to make the necessary adjustments based on your business needs.
How does this affect my Refund Policy?
The Exchange Upsell Incentive should be considered when crafting your Refund Policy. Make sure to clearly communicate to your customers that they may be eligible for additional shopping credit if they choose to exchange an item instead of requesting a refund.
