Need to pull your return data for a closer look? Exporting a CSV from Route Returns is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to get the information you need.
Step 1: Go to the Returns Dashboard
- Log in to your Route account.
- From the main menu, select Export.
- You’ll land on the Returns Dashboard, where you can see your recent and past return activity.
Step 2: Export the CSV
- Find the Export button at the top right of the dashboard.
- Click Export.
- Choose between a Return Report and a Refund Report.
- Pick CSV as the format (if you see other options).
- Click Export CSV
Step 4: Download the CSV File
- You'll receive a notification that your Export is being prepared. This can take several minutes, depending on the size of the export.
- Go to the Exports tab and click the Download button on your recent export.
