Editing the 'Final Sale Order Tags' Workflow in Route Returns

The 'Final Sale Order Tags' Workflow in Route Returns is enabled by default and replaces the previous 'Final Sale Order Tags' list found in 'Settings.' This workflow helps exclude certain orders from return eligibility by applying specific tags. Follow the steps below to edit the workflow.

 

Accessing the Workflow

  1. Open your Returns Admin account.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Workflows.
  3. Locate the 'Final Sale Order Tags' workflow from the list.
  4. Click the on the right and then select Edit.

Editing the Workflow

  1. In the workflow editor, find the 'List of Text' field.
  2. To add a new order tag, type the tag in the field.
  3. Click the ⊕ to add the tag to the list.
  4. Repeat the process for each additional tag.

Saving Changes

  1. After adding all necessary order tags, click Save Changes.
  2. The updated tags will now be used to exclude orders from return eligibility.
