What does a Route replacement order look like in Shopify?

 

When an issue is approved for a reorder, Route will duplicate the order via Shopify. Duplicate orders will appear in your Shopify backend as shown:

And the original order number will be recorded in the notes:

All approved reorders will be credited back to your weekly Route bill and communicated via email.
