When Route requests access to your Shopify store, you should receive an email with this request. If you can't locate the email, you can follow these steps to grant Route access.
Please note: The Route app must be installed on Shopify in order for Route to request access. If you haven't installed the Route app yet, click here.
Follow these steps to grant Route access to your store:
- Log in to Shopify and click on the Home option.
- At the top of the screen, there should be a yellow banner stating, RouteApp LLC is requesting access to your store. Click Review request.
- On the RouteApp LLC Collaborator screen, it will list what Route would like permission to access. To grant access, click Accept request.
- On the new page, scroll to the Permissions > Collaborator accounts section to see RouteApp LLC listed. This means Route has access to your store.
