The Visual Tracking email allows you to connect your customers to a tracking solution right at the moment of the purchase. The Visual Tracking email is sent to all customers (including those that didn’t opt-in to Route Package Protection) to give them the ability to track through Route via the web or via the Route app.
Follow the steps below to enable Route's visual tracking email:
- Login to the Route Brand Portal.
- In the navigation on the left side, choose Admin.
- At the top of the page, choose Settings.
- Under Route Configuration > Thank you Page Tracking Email, click the pencil icon to edit.
- In the panel on the right, choose Send this email on all future orders. Click Save.
