How to check status of a claim

You can check the status of any claim that you or your customer has reported in the Claims tab of the Merchant Portal. 

The Claim Status column shows the claim’s current state in the process. Hovering over the status will reveal a more detailed explanation of that status. Learn more about claim status definitions here. 

For more detailed information about an order, including information on multiple items in a claim, click on the order to open the Order Details page. Scroll down to the Issues section and click the “V” expand icon for the claim you wish to review.
