The Track tab lets you manage your customers' post-purchase experience. From here, you can customize which notifications shoppers receive for Route-protected orders and tailor your web tracking page to match your store's branding.
In this tab, you will be able to enable different types of notifications to keep your shoppers informed about different stages of the shipping process. We provide email, SMS, and app notifications, and these can be adjusted to your preferences.
The two types of shipping notifications we offer are:
- Pre-Shipment: Keep your shoppers informed about the status of their orders before the package ships.
- Tracking: Let your shoppers know where their order is during different phases of the in-transit shipping process.
By clicking on the settings button under the notification types, you have the ability to preview and edit the message that’s being sent across the different mediums. These mediums pull in information from the branded content tab located within the Engage tab, so if something looks weird, we recommend ensuring your content is up to date.
While in settings, you have the ability to edit the text and colors that show up in the email notifications that are sent to shoppers. Simply click on “edit” next to the email notification type to explore the customization.

How does this web tracking page work?
Customers will see a map with shipping checkpoints to provide greater detail in the tracking experience.
1. The page also clearly shows the carrier tracking number
2. Customers will also be able to see when their package is expected to arrive (if the carrier has included an Estimated Delivery Date)!
Below the tracking information, customers will see other recommended products from you!
If there is no tracking available yet, customers will see if an order is still being processed. They can choose to be notified when the package ships.
Customers will be able to see their split shipments render in the web tracking experience! Customers will simply toggle between packages in order to see shipping status updates for each part of their order.
