When a customer receives a message that Route Shipping Protection is “sold out” or “out of stock” and has been removed from their cart, it means that one or more Route variants may be missing from an online fulfillment location and/or that a location is not properly set up to fulfill online orders. As a result, you customer is unable to purchase Route Shipping Protection for their order.
Please follow the instructions below to help your customers avoid the “out of stock” error for Route Shipping Protection.
