After your customers complete their purchase, Route Shipping Protection will show as “Complete” on their Order Confirmation page. While this status simply indicates that Route Shipping Protection has been successfully added to their order, it can confuse customers who think it means their order has shipped.

- Log into your Shopify Admin
- Click Sales Channels > Online Store
- In Themes, click Customize next to your current theme
- At the top of your theme customizer, select or search the Cart page
- Add a section or block or similar customizable element with your custom message, for example:

Route Shipping Protection will show as ‘Complete’ on your order confirmation page. This means your protection has been successfully added to your order. No physical item will be shipped.

Note: When you click Save, the changes will be pushed live on your online store.
If you wish to test or preview this change, use an existing test theme or create a test theme by duplicating your current theme, and then follow steps 1-6.
