I canceled Track (formerly Route Pro Plan). Why am I still getting billed?

As a reminder, we bill for Track (formerly the Route Pro Plan) one month behind. On the first Monday of every month, you will receive a bill for the previous month’s services. And on the first Wednesday of every month, you will be charged for the previous month’s services.

For example, on Monday, February 3, 2025, you will receive a bill for using Route from January 1 – 31, 2025. 

When you cancel, Route will still be active through the end of that month, and you will still be billed on the first Monday of the following month for the use of our service during the previous month. 

For example, if you cancel on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, you will still receive a bill on Monday, February 3, 2025, for using our services during the month of January.
