How to add Route Tracking on Shopify Plus Thank You Pages

Any merchant on Shopify Plus can add Route’s premium tracking experience to their Thank You Pages in just a few steps. Adding Route Tracking to the page will enable a visual map of the package’s final destination, and a link to a branded web tracking page or our mobile app, where customers can continue to track their package wherever they want, whenever they want.

Please note: If you had previously enabled Route Tracking on your Thank You Page and recently upgraded to extensibility, you will need to re-add Route Tracking to the page using the steps below.

Add or re-add Route Tracking on your Thank You Page:

    1. Log in to your Shopify Admin
    2. Go to Settings > Checkout
    3. Under Configurations, Default checkout profile, click Customize
    4. At top of the page, click Information > Thank You
    5. Under Order Details, click Add app block
    6. Click Route Tracking
    7. On top right corner of your screen, click Save
