...you have completed the 5 part onboarding series for Route merchants. You can revisit and review any section of onboarding at any point here in the help desk.

Don’t forget, most questions can be answered by doing a simple search of the Help Center here. And if you still have questions, you can get a response from Routes Merchant Experience Team within minutes using the Live Chat in the Merchant Portal. You can chat live Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm MT or submit a ticket, during off hours. 

You can also receive help by sending a question to our Merchant Experience team on the help center. For either use the blue chat bubble on the bottom right of the screen.

                • Log in and complete the Set Up Guide in the Route Portal (COMING SOON)

                • Update Your Brand Profile - lesson 1

                • Add Customer Facing Contact Info - lesson 1

                • Add Merchant Communication Contact Info- lesson 1

                • Set Up Users and Admins- lesson 1

                • Set up your billing account - lesson 2 

                • Set up your reimbursement account - lesson 2 

Level Up : 

                • Bookmark the Help Desk & Merchant Portal for easy future access

                • Customer Marketing Kit: Add FAQs to your site & utilize Route logos and templates for any partnership announcements.
                • Resolution Templates: Share the following templates with your support team to make it really easy for them to provide clear, prewritten responses when your customers reach out regarding claims.
                • Don't forget to turn on the Thank You Page Tracking Link so your customers can track their order and file a claim from your confirmation page.
