To reset your password on the Route app, after opening the app, select Log in and then Forgot Password. The app will prompt you to enter your email address associated with your Route account. Route will then send you a link to reset your password. This link can sometimes be sent to your spam/junk folder.
If you initially signed in through Google or Apple and are trying to reset your password, Route cannot send you a forgot password link. Route does not have access to your Google or Apple account password, and you will need to reset your password through those platforms in order to access your Route account.
