How do I add tracking to an existing order?

In the case that your tracking number did not pull in from your shipment confirmation email, please report the issue here. To track your order, you will need to manually add a new order. To do so, click the + icon on your order history page and enter the tracking number you received. 

If there is already a tracking number associated with your order that is incorrect, you will not be able to manually edit the existing tracking or add a new tracking number. In this case, you can also remove the order from the app and create a new order manually with the tracking number you wish to add.
