What are product recommendations?
Merchants can generate new revenue streams by adding personalized product recommendations at each stage of the post-purchase experience. Shoppers can view, interact, and click on product recommendations sending them back to the merchant's site and encouraging an additional purchase. These product recommendations are only available to merchants on Shopify & BigCommerce.

Settings on Merchant Portal
How to add in Shopify
- From your Shopify Admin account, click Settings.
- Click Checkout
- Scroll down to the Post-purchase page section
- Select the Route App
- Click Save
- Lastly, go to the Product Recommendations Settings in the Route Merchant Portal and ensure the “End of Checkout Recommendations” touch point is turned on. Please note this is for Shopify only.
